What is required to book Crystal Hall Event Venue?

To secure your event date:

  • A $500 deposit is required at booking

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event

Accepted payment methods include Zelle, CashApp, or credit/debit card via invoice.

Can I bring my own food, drinks, or vendors?

Yes. Crystal Hall can help you create a custom menu with our preferred third party vendors for a hassle free turn-key event.
However, clients are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, and vendors, including caterers and decorators.

Is alcohol allowed at Crystal Hall Event Venue?

Alcohol is permitted under the following conditions:

  • Catering company offering bar services need to be appropriately permitted.

  • A TABC-certified bartender is required if alcohol is served

  • Bartender fee is $200 flat

For events with alcohol or more than 80 guests, additional requirements apply (see below).

Is security required for events?

Security is required for:

  • Events with over 80 guests, or

  • Any event serving alcohol

The security fee is $200 flat.

Can additional hours be added to my event?

Yes. Additional event hours may be added for an extra fee, subject to availability. Please inquire during booking for current rates.
